When are we open?
We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.
Our store is open from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
What hours do we deliver?
Normal flower delivery hours for Manic Botanic are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. There are limited deliveries on Saturday. Manic Botanic do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
What is the deadline for placing an order online to guarantee same day flower delivery?
Need flowers delivered today? For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm Monday - Friday and by 10am on Saturday to guarantee same day delivery.
What is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is calculated during the checkout process and is based on the suburb of delivery.
Can you guarantee a specific time for a flower or gift delivery?
Manic Botanic cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.
What happens if i want to make changes to my order?
We will make every effort possible to realistically put in place any changes to your order, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?
Manic Botanic will attempt to find the correct address.
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Manic Botanic will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Manic Botanic is unable to accept any responsibility for such loss.
It is the customer's obligation to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
What areas do we deliver to?
Manic Botanic delivers to most areas in the metropolitan area. Please check our website for delivery options.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so.
If the gift cannot be left safely, a calling card will be left on the recipient's door or in their letterbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.

Do you ring the recipient prior to delivery?
You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "delivery notes" field on the order page. We may call a recipient when necessary in order to ensure your delivery runs as smooth as possible.
Can manic botanic let me know when the flowers have been delivered?
Please request it at the time of the delivery and where possible we can let you know. We are currently working on this functionality and will be able to offer this option in the near future.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
